Acceptance of Terms
By using Entwined Heart ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Entwined Heart is a greeting card platform that allows users to create and send personalised digital cards to recipients via email or SMS. Cards are stored in recipients' personal vaults for future access.
The Service is operated by Entwined Heart LLC.
Acceptable Use
Entwined Heart has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reported content will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours, including removal of the content and termination of the offending user's account where warranted.
You agree not to use the Service to send content that is:
- Threatening, harassing, or abusive
- Hateful or discriminatory
- Violent or promoting violence
- Sexually explicit or obscene
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Otherwise harmful or illegal
Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Users may report objectionable content via the Report button on any received card or postcard, or by emailing privacy@entwinedheart.com. Users may also block any sender from contacting them again via the Block button.
Content Moderation
All messages sent through Entwined Heart are subject to automated content moderation before delivery. We reserve the right to block any message that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Repeated violations will result in account suspension.
Recipient Rights
Recipients always have the right to block a sender and/or report a card before opening it. Blocking is private — senders are never notified. We take all reports seriously and review them within 24 hours.
Rate Limits
To prevent misuse, each user may send a maximum of 5 cards per hour on the Free plan. Higher limits are available on paid plans. Plan limits are detailed on our Plans page.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (Heartfelt and Entwined) are available on a monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Web purchases are processed via Stripe. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
iOS In-App Purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

- Entwined plan — $19.99 per month
Disclaimer
Entwined Heart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the content of cards sent by users. We are not responsible for cards landing in spam folders or not being delivered due to recipient email or phone configuration.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
